Absolutely the BEST way to start your yoga practice. The Intro to Yoga Series offers an invaluable foundation for all new students. Over 4 sessions, you will learn the basics of alignment, breath, and relaxation. You will also experience the many benefits of yoga including; greater strength, increased flexibility, and an ability to face stressful situations more effectively. Learn how to integrate your body, mind and spirit with this core principle class.

Anusara Therapeutics Workshops

Therapeutic practice will efficiently and effectively help you relive the suffering of lower back pain, sciatica, scoliosis, rotator cuff injury, repetitive strain injury, cartilage/ligament damage, carpel tunnel syndrome, ankle and knee pain, hamstring/groin tears, shoulder and neck strain, piriformus syndrome and more.

Fireworks for the Soul
A Tibetan Bowl and Gong Experience
with Diane Mandle
May 11th at 7:30pm
Ancient instruments, including Tibetan singing bowls are 'struck and sung' in specific rhythmic patterns to create vibrational sound harmonics at the frequency of "AUM" or "OM". This sound frequency known as that of Perfection impacts the sympathetic nervous system as your brain waves synchronize to the vibrations of the bowls. The harmonic vibrations engage the relaxation reflex and slow down the respiratory, brain and heart rate and disrupt the pain reflex creating a deep sense of well being.
